Welcome to the Thunder Dome.
Mike TV is a blog where I, Mike, will voice MY opinions (the only that really matter) about various TV shows in attempt to help you all with those painstaking nights of endlessly perusing Netflix or Ondemand screens failing to find anything decent to watch. I have a huge beef with all watch instantly services, such as: Netflix, Ondemand, or Hulu+. The main problem is with the management of these innovative yet logically inadequate platforms.
Despite my lack of confidence in what should be the most efficient platforms for streaming video and targeted advertising, they are the best way to "legally" catch up on missed episodes of your favorite series. Maybe, in a later blog I will write about the few small changes that can revamp these systems for the better.
For now get your remotes and internet connections ready, because I would like to introduce you to an up and coming star network. Currently weighing in with four excellent dramas. A.....M.....C!!!
P.S. If any of you would like me to talk about or watch a show you maybe interested in, just point it out and I'll think about it unless your request/show is insanely stupid, which will most likely be the case. For example, I refuse to watch anything with housewives in the title. Not because I'm sexists, but I realize that if I wanted to listen to a bunch of middle age women start drama and drunkenly whine about their husbands I would simply hangout with my mother and her friends.
